Blood rushing to wound
I have a small infection and when i lie down it feels fine but when i stand up it hurts right away, why?

When you lie down the fluid will be drained easily towards heart. So no pain.
When you stand up the fluid collection may be more due to gravity and the pain is more because of the pressure.
