My RBC count(6 million),Platelet count(4.3 lakhs)and ESR(27)all are high... Peripheral smear- RBC-Erythrocytosis and anisocytosis with microcytic hypochromic and few target cells Platelets-Mild Thrombocytosis What can be the reason?also Vit D3 is 8..are these elevated values due to some underlying infection?Kindly reply...
