I'm regularly taking my bp readings using a digital device at home. It always shows a higher number for systolic pressure for the first time and a significantly lower number for the second time, taken in just a minutes interval.eg: first reading was 143/77 and the second 131/74. which one should I consider to be the actual one?pls help.
