Iam using olmezezt h20 tab for hypertension , my BP reading shows like 135/85 is it normal or not? How often check bp readings. Can i change my tab olmezest am20 instead of olmezest h20. Which is effective and less side effects. Pls suggest. Regards.

It's normal BP. Continue Olmezest H 20 . Both Olmezest H and Olmezest AM are recommended initial combination therapy for hypertension. As your BP is controlled with Olmezest H please continue the same. Monitor weekly if you have home BP machine.
