Iam using olmezest h20 tablet for BP, iam take reading at home by automated bp monitor, it is calibrared. During first reading I feel very anxious and excitement that shows little bit high, after 2 minutes I take 2 reading as well as 3 reading . They are very normal. Which reading should be considered. First reading or later readings. Example 135/72 1 Reading 125/70 2 Reading 115/70 3 reading 110/70 4 Reading. Pls suggest. Regards.
