My mother is having high blood pressure problem hence she was taking Telma 40 tablet. Last week her blood pressure was on higher side even after taking regular dose of Telma 40. So her physician changed her tablet to Sartel C 40. She took this medicine for 4 days but felt worst. She is coughing bcoz lot of dry cough, nausea, dizziness,very weak , not able to talk, walk, not feeling hungry. Now she is back on Telma 40. But things are not improving at all. Pls suggest
