Blood pressure issue

Hi, My blood pressure read in the range of 130-140 range and currently I am feeling mild tightness in the head on both sides which is not painful. I am not sure if I suffer from hypertension or should I start any medication for this

Your reporting is incomplete. If you have not taken a consultation it’s better to take one. With just one systolic bp reading we don’t diagnose hypertension. Take care
