Low salt diet, no ghee, 10 ml oil in a day for cooking vegetable or anything.
Brick walk twenty minutes in morning and evening.in BREAKFAST no parantha, CHAPATI plain, poha, upma, sprouts which act as antioxidants. All the things MAINTAIN your physicial activity so as lowers your BP to some extent so as tab also. Never do anything with tab by yourself. Or don't stop Medicin .
