I am taking telma 40 and selekon xl 50 mg These days i am feeling dizzy, nervous and like fainting, mostly after having food. My blood pressure is also dropping it's currently 105/70 Attached my blood urine test of some month ago,

You need reduction in meds. Sir, i think, the best person to modify your treatment is the doctor who started this treatment. It is not possible to suggest change of treatment without seeing the patient.
