Hello, My blood was on lower note during the first trimester. Infact , my BP used to be on lower side before pregnancy too ( usually between 95 to 103 before pregnancy) Now in the second trimester ( I am close to 22 weeks) my BP is 114 /71 in the evening at 9 And today I have headache since morning thought my BP was 105 / 60 in the morning. And also there were very less visits to bathroom since yesterday. Is there anything to worry? Please let me know.i have an appointment in few days but prior to that I would like to know if these are symptoms for high BP or something
