For hypertension, if you dont smoke, your blood
sugar good and have healthy life style, i suggest leave the BP checks so frequently.
Repeat this after 5 yrs now.
Till then chill and do some yoga routinely.

Blood pressure is a measurement. Small variations are normal. Actual normal BP is not defined well but less than 120 and less than 80 is normal. But for Medicine 140 is common level to start.
