After running i checked my bp shows 180ss its normal after 30 minits i recheck it shows 140ss its normal?

After exercise the BP is high and its a physiological process. U wil have to measure the BP after resting for a min of 10 min. And what is your weight and height. Is there family history of hypertension in ur family.
