Blood Platlet count 1.67

My son 4 years age , recovering from a burn injury .. on 10th his platlet count shows 2.4, on 17th april it 2.2, on 21st it's showing 1.67, where normal value showing range 2-4.9, i am attaching the blood report. Kindly help.., CRP 1.7
