I have done with HRCT and chest x-ray 1 month back .every thing is ok. I have quit smoking 5 month back but yesterday I smoked n in morning cough like attached image . Before 1 month back I have blood from nose when blow then visited aiims n its ok . I was coughing like dust with white sputum after quitting smoking . It does not happened to me every day. Plz let me know if any serious problem

if ur investigation are normal then nothing to worry.there are few more questions regarding ur habbits and symptoms ,so if possible have a detailed consultation wit a homoeopath.
Next Steps
if again u get blood in ur sputum,must meet the physician.
