From night my throat was panning and in morning from my nose blood is coming out tell what should i do

Hello...... You must get your blood pressure checked.... High blood pressure, trauma, forceful sneezing can cause bleeding from nose.. Consukt ent specialist.. If bleeding doesn't stop Doc will do nasal packing..... After that underlying cause should be ruled out...
