Need advise and help asap, i have been experiencing stabbing/stinging pain on the surface of the virginal area and needing the urge to urinate more even after going not so long ago and i have noticed that there is blood and a odd smell. i also seem to hot and sweaty and been getting a lot of dizzy spells like a migraine. what should i do?
