Hi I'm 31 yrs old and last night I experienced blood in urine. It lasted for arnd 2-3 hours and the sensation to pee continued. Eventually I slept and in the mrng experienced it again once. I don't have any blood in urine now. During this time I did have fever. My legs and lower back were aching. M feeling quite better now except that my legs feel weak. In the evening, I usually go for my jogs and walking but I guess will skip for now. Also I do need to mention that about 4-5 days back when I got intimate with my partner (probably cos we did after quite long), I experienced some bleeding. Since it was minimal and went away with just a bit of spotting. I don't know if it has anything to do with that. I also read strenuous exercise can also lead to this. Pls suggest what I should do now.
