Hi, I am 26yrs old and I have recently and frequently observing blood in stools and urine is yellow with light red. I have been diagnosed with kidney stones like a month ago. Now am alright the color of urine comes to white if I drink a lot of water. But the blood in stool is like not that frequent also not that long between occurrences like monthly thrice. So I don't understand what's going on. I don't know whom to visit. Is it liver cuz I've read things in internet saying liver if has any troubles can cause hemorrhoids/anal fissure which I may have since sometimes it is itchy, and my bowel movements cause me burn and pain sometimes. I don't know if the kidney is causing this? Or I am always gassy and sometimes I have heart burn/acid reflux so is it digestive system? Please someone tell me what should i do. I saw a good Amt of blood in my stools today. Is it may be because of cold/fever(v.mild) meds I took yesterday? Meds were dolo 650, cetrizine. Please respond what should I do?

[ ] Hi if this bleed is not associated with pain than is generally due to piles and quantity of blood should be more. If this is associated with pain and quantity is less than this is due to fissure. At times there may be sigmoid colitis which leads to cramping lower abdominal pain and may cause passage of blood in stool. Other rare causes are presence of polyp growth Or a malignant growth. You should avoid constipation, as this is the cause for piles/ Fissure. it's better to get evaluated , a short scopy done to rule out the underline problem. Take salads in each diet. Take plenty of water. Get your self evaluated soon. feel free to ask any further quary.Take care.
