I had diarrhea three years back for almost a few months on and off but it was not associated with any mucous or blood but I had weight loss coz of that almost 3-4 kgs and then i had constipitation for the last few months and now theres blood in my stool everytime in defecate but i dont have any pain but I feel like my stool is being passed in two ways inside. I get this feeling of anal fissure. But I'm not sure..since yesterday I'm having a lot of bleeding everytime I defecate
