Hi all, My urologist did a prostate exam to check for prostatitis. After that I had a bowel movement in 5 hours and there was blood on the tissue paper. I have grade 2-3 internal hemorrhoids. Could this have caused the hemorrhoids to flare up again?

HEMORRHOIDS do not flare up because of prostate EXAMINATION. But HEMORRHOIDS are sometimes very sensitive tissues and can bleed because of even slightly hard stools.
