Blood is coming with phlegm since 4- 6 days sometimes.so I want to consult you.

Hello.. Well I would suggest you to have water properly as Hydration is most important in such cases and secondly you need to hold on your nose tight when the bleeding starts..You also please avoid blowing the nose as it will aggregate the condition... Thank you
