My nose has been bleeding for last one month. It bleeds a little in mornings(almost every morning) Similarly i at times have blood in my cough. I am in USA and the temperature is quiet low as compared to mumbai. Also i am a chain smoker for last 7-8 years. I don't think i have shortness of breath or pain anywhere. however, my nose gets a little. Is this due to the weather? Or is smoking related to this? Should it be considered indicative of any cancer?
