Mass protruding per anal orifice and bleeding may usually be Haemorrhoids or Anal fissure. But since there is fresh bleed recently , it is mandatory that you should get a General Surgeon consultation and  be evaluated with procedures like Recto-sigmoidoscopy or Colonoscopy.
