Hello Doctor, I have been facing skin itching problem quite often but it's not a skin issue. Itching happens at legs, hands, feet ( skin under feet too). I feel it's blood issue. Please suggest the solution or relevant doctor to consult. Also please tell me whether blood donation can help solving the problem
