Blood High Triglycerides Levels

Sir, 4 years back i was attacked with Cerebral Venous Thrombosis(CVT). That time used Anticoaugulants and reduced that problem. Since last 1 year, my Blood Lipid profile level showing high, reports attached. Triglycerides increased to 478. Since, some moths my stomach always feeling fulled and very slow digestion. Kindly suggest some medication and precautions.
