Hello, I understand your concern. It is absolutely fine if the girl is B –ve & the boy is A +ve , there won't be any issue during first pregnancy due to this but it may trouble you during second pregnancy. Hence the mother will need to take an injection during first pregnancy so that her second delivery would be fine.
