Sir i am having b+ blood group and my girlfriend having o-ve blood group so is it ok to get marry with her

Yes its OK if you get married. But when you plan a baby you have mention it to the gynaecologist because special measures needs to be taken for the baby and mother in such cases, which if ignored can threaten their lives.
