I had sex before 3 days first time. But that time during my urine i saw some droop of blood frequently. I ignore it first time but i comes continuisly

Hello Welcome During intercourse there can be injury or lacerations in vaginal wall or urethra which might cause spotting or bleeding , you can visit a Gynecologist who can examine and get urine test done for any RBCs

Wait and watch for a week , if bleeding is more take trenexmic acid under doctor's guidance
