My father is 70 years old . He has rashes which coming after meal in the afternoon . Blood test saying neutrophils are high 78 and lymphocytes are less than 20 . What it means ?

High neutrophils are suggestive of infections. But they aren't significantly raised in your case. Rashes could be due to some food allergy. Consider getting IgE ab levels done. What are his eosinophils count? Any other association symptoms?
