DVT in legs and hands, incapable of walking or standing making tbe DVT increase, heart disease and high pressure and over 65! Suggested walking and standing but I don’t what else could help

DVT extent is important   compression stocking should be used.you might have been put on anticoagulant.Ambulation is necessary try to follow advice
