With out noticing I closed the car door with my thumb finger in between the door,it's been 2weeks,I consulted physician soon after 3rd day of the incident,she told me nothing to worry and she asked to take Ajax 500 antibiotic for 5days. There was no pain but I could see blood clotted under thumb nail. I could see blood clots between nail n finger,half of the nail separated from skin. do I need to remove my nail by consulting physician or will that nail goes automatically n new nail grows??
