Blood Clots n delayed Periods, No Period

I usually had irregular periods and after being sexually active my periods were regular till 3 months and now it's 5 days late and on 6th days i spotted bloods clots which I thought to be period and I am feeling dry and it was just a blood clots and now on 7th no period blood or blood clots, though i am facing usual period cramps, weak legs and dizziness. I am worried ? Is is something serious? what it could be? and the cause and solution please?

If u r sexually active do a urine pregnancy test to confirm that u r not pregnant. Other causes cn be hormonal imbalance , thyroid disorders , stress , anxiety etc
