I have had a very heavy "period" for 4 days with terrible cramps, dizziness, nausea and today I expelled a very large blood clot that looked like a sac (it was hard and had a clear covering around it). Since then the cramps have lightened substantially and I'm not bleeding as much. Could this have been a miscarriage?
