He have blood clot in eyes from yesterday,today it spread Little bit ,  is it serious , please suggest medication.

It might spread in next 2-3 days. You need not worry about it. Even if you don't take any medicines, it will still resolve on it's own over next 12-15 days.

You are having a small bleed in your conjunctiva called subconjunctival hemorrhage Are you awake of poking your eye during sleep or any fall of foreign body or any insect into eye? Dont worry it will resolve in 7-10 days time Please do cold compression twice a day with chilled water and clean cloth dipped in it. Tablet limce 500  mg once daily for a week

Kindly check bp If it s fine, and there is no history of fever or injury , need not worry much. It will change color and resolve on few days approx 15 days Should take vit c supplements. And consult ophthalmologist if it recurrs or detoriates
