Blood clot behind my rightear

I'm aged 26 I have a grain sized blood clot behind my rightear. Recently it came up and I didn't even notice. Although everything seems fine from outside but on googling it somewhere its a symptom of a stroke. I also wear spectacles. And I have been eating junk food and was observing irregular food patterns. Kindly help.
