Hi, while brushing my teeth i spit and i saw traces of blood. What could be the reason for this. It was like yellow and then red blood.

You may have developed gingivitis..do regular brushing and flossing of teeth..do antiseptic gargle..take multivitamins and vitamin C.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment.
