Blood blockage in retina

My dad's BP shot up and has a blood blockage in the retina which was removed by doing a surgery and the following things were diagnosed and performed Diagnosis OU PACS- PRIMARY ANGLE CLOSURE SUSPECT OD VITREOUS HAEMORRHAGE OU S/P YAG PI Surgery performed OD PARS PLANA VITRECTOMY SUTURELESS (PPV SUTURELSS) OD ENDOLASER AS PART OF VR SURGERY OD MEMBRANE PEELING (MP) OD SILICONE OIL INJECTION (SOI) 1000CS He is still not able to see, will he get back his vision ? He only has BP no sugar or any other health prob.

Hello he still has silicone oil in his eye...so wait till silicone oil is removed
