Blood along with Stool

Some weeks back I had temporary problem of Constipation. As the result of the hardness of the stool my exit point hurt a lot. I thk stool made a cut inside the exit point. Now bloods comes along with stool. And it pains to an extreme extent whenever I pass stool. I also feel itching and burning sensation inside.
