My baby has blocked nose and is about to turn 4 months now...please suggest some effective medicine as she can't sleep due to her blocked nose and has also started to cough now... I have heard about otrivin paediatric but not in a good sense... Can I give her steam at home Thank you so much for your time and help..

For small babies plain saline nasal drops are good(nasivion or nasomist),1drop each side every 4 hourly.Do not feed with bottel that increases these issues.Steam is not advisable.
