I have cold and cough through out the year, right nostril is blocked permanently and some time other as well, odur and taste problem is also there. Please suggest.

U seem to have symptoms suggesting allergic rhinitis and sinusitis..also since only one nostril is blocked u may hav a deviated nasal septum..visit an ENT to start with certain sprays and also for examination. u may require a CT scan.
