I had fever for past 2 days and now its gone but now I have a blocked nose and headache. Just want to know if any major problem.

Are u having headache while on stopping down position? Any history of sinusitis?allergic symptoms?
Next Steps
Please just take steam inhalation and paracetamol  three times for 2 days...
