From last few months m regularly feeling blocked nose during morning and night don't know what it is cold or alergie plz hlp

Could be the side effects of the medicines you are taking. These may be leading to some dryness of mucus membranes which gives a sensation of blockage in nose. Drink ample water and keep the nasal mucosa moist by keeping a humidifier in your room. Switch to homeopathy for your depression/anxiety. It may be allergy, but there are other possibilities also like polyp, sinus issues n all, so better get consulted with a ENT physician..
