Blocked nose, cold, sneezing
Have been suffering with severe cold, completely blocked nose and bouts of sneezing for more than a week. Tried taking Sinarest and Otrivin nasal drops to no avail. Am able to breathe only through my mouth. Added to this I have a running nose (but still severely congested) & severe sneezing bouts at times. No fever, however. I have been using nasal drops on and off for a long time and now the effectiveness is very limited.
You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays. There is no permanent cure for this condition and physical exercises can be of some benefit. You need to stop Otrivin nasal drops as they can worsen the condition
