I feel that something is stuck up in my right side of the throat since yesterday after dinner. Tried several times to get off it through coughing/vomiting but didn't help. Not painful but it is causing irritation.

You seem to be suffering from reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder. You may need to take anti reflux medications for few days for faster recovery
