Blockage in heart arteries

My father have heart attack on 04 june n got preliminary diagnosis from doc, recently do CT angiography and report says right arteries blocked by 100%, 90% & 70%. Kindly suggest further action to be taken, also what will be approx cost of by-pass surgery.

He will need a procedure to open the blockages... possibly a bypass or angioplasty...can be decided only on reviewing the report in detail... kindly consult directly online for further guidance
