Hi You may surely use the sunscreen. However please avoid Melacare as it has a steroid. this cream can cause severe side effects like steroid addiction and acne if used long term. Kindly remember these are all medical creams and not cosmetic creams. please meet a dermatologist who can prescribe you the non steroid containing skin lightening creams for your dark spots
