Since 3-4 days i have having bloating and digestion problem, burps also. Pressure on both side of back , above hips Especially while sitting Is it normal or anything to worry?

It’s mainly because of GERD-reflux of acid from stomach into chest so u feel burping and pain So u need to consult us for further advice
