this may be due to stomach ulcer caused due to stress and spicy food
if you are having any stress then take some relaxation remedy like walking for 20 mins at terrace of your home daily
avoid spicy food and take high fibre diet like salads and curd two times a day
the other most common cause is gallstones which can cause gas problem so if above remedies doesnt work then you should get a sonography ultrasound of abdomen to rule out gallstones
