Bloating and digestion issues

I caught myself being bloated all the time so much so that i hate even eating food because it causes me bloating and it feels very uncomfortable. I have recently(been 7 days only) started taking probiotics in empty stomach in the morning before food but this doesn't seem to be very helpful. What do i do?

• Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind • Avoid carbonated beverages • Avoid chocolate coffee tea peppermint • Avoid cabbage  cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food •  sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion • have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals •  lie on left side while sleeping •  keep your head end  elevated while sleeping • Get endoscopy test with  rut for h pylori
