Bloating and burping

Feeling this when I sat for poop after burping  and bloating am getting free motion. Please tell me what is my bowel problem

If this is a recent problem it may be Gastritis or GASTROENTERITIS. But other causes need to be ruled out Diet and lifestyle changes and medicines can make a lot of difference.
